Certain females that work in the facility in Norfolk act like teenagers in high school who click together and only speak to your husband and act like they don't see you standing right there with him, EVERY TIME you come there. They show no signs of knowing customer service skills, or greeting the patients. They're too busy looking at another woman's man and disliking her FOR NO REASON AT ALL. It's simply uncouth behaviors going on there. People are SERIOUSLY, going through health issues and to deal with that mess is simply uncalled for.

I love it here The ladies at the front desk are so nice to me anyway and physician assistant Heather Szeles and her team is excellent they go beyond their job description.

The staff is amazing—so kind and playful with the children. The office is always clean and welcoming! Dr. Burrows is truly the best. She listens, shows so much compassion, and really takes the time to get to know each child. She always remembers what’s going on in their lives, which makes such a difference. She truly feels like family. We’re so grateful for her! 💛

Ms. Anderson, B. at the check-in desk was extremely rude and unprofessional. Her lack of compassion and concern was clearly evident during the time she spent with myself during the check-in process. I understand this is an income based dental/medical practice, however, everyone deserves to be treated with respect and dignity. At one point when I returned to the counter to be assisted by Ms. Anderson, she refused to acknowledge me and appeared to be agitated because I was standing in front of her while she appeared to look on her computer screen. This all could have been avoided if the person who called me the same day as my brother’s appointment did not provide me with false information by stating I could screenshot my brother’s tax return documents and provide it to the check-in person. I did this and was told by Ms. Anderson that I couldn’t. I then asked (because she did not offer this as an option) if I could send the documents to her via email. While I was attempting to retrieve the documents for her to verify my brother’s income, the service was very poor where I had to go outside to attempt to download them running into the 15 minute window of not being seen (according

Very nice folks! Front desk ladies are wonderful, their attitudes make it really easy to be comfortable in this environment and so are the nurses and doctors that I've had so far. Really attentive and caring, it helps someone like me who has severe anxiety and trauma around doctors. I'm really grateful that they're located so close to my home.
